The DiversifyTV talent database has been created to showcase the diverse range of talent working in the industry. It is intended to:

• serve as an inspiration to minorities wanting to have a career in television.
• remind minorities working in the industry that they are not alone.
• encourage gatekeepers to look outside their traditional hiring pool.
• foster networking between likeminded individuals

We are currently in beta stage ahead of full launch later in 2023 and encourage minorities working in television around the world to sign up and share with their networks.
